So today I am going to share with you guys a recipe called Carbonara Ramen. Why? because I used ramen to make it instead of using spaghetti LOL
Samyang Ramen is quite famous here in my area so me and my brother decided to give it a try and bought one packet (with 4 ramen) for RM25.90 which I think is quite expensive (since it's from Korea I guess)
Andddd bammmm it taste crap. Probably did not suit my melayu tongue LOL. But anyway there are many people who do liked it (which I don't understand why) and well lain orang lain selera gituuu kan. Soooo to avoid from just throwing the ramen into the bin I create another type of dish instead, by using the leftover carbonara sauce in the fridge actually. (that is how this dish was created LOL) Enough said, let's start!
Here are the ingredients I used:
Olive oil
Carbonara Prego
One packet of ramen
Chicken slices
Garlic
Onions
Red chili pepper
Salt

adjust the amount of it based on your own size of serving |
Sauce (just like you cook any other ordinary carbonara spaghetti)
1. Heat your olive oil
2. Put the chicken slices while adding a pinch of salt and cook it until...well until it cooked
3. Turn down the heat and put garlic, onions, red chili pepper. Stir them together and wait until the garlic turned a little brown.
4. Add carbonara sauce (add some water if it too creamy)
5. You are done with the sauce.

Ramen (macam masak megi, nak boil sambil tunggu ayam masak pun boleh)
1. Boil it
2. Toss it (put it in cold water right after this step if you don't want the noodles to stick together)

Finally, combined them together (to combine on the heat or not it's your choice)
Done. Easy peasy rightttt. hahahah /first time upload recipe tak reti nak explain lagu mana.
Side note:
